If in the unfortunate circumstances a participant must withdraw from the event the refund policy is as follows:
Up until the 10th March 2022 competitors can get a full refund minus a 15% administration fee.
After the 10th March 2022 and up to the 1st of April 11:59pm, competitors can get a 25% refund or transfer to the 2023 event date (TBC). If a competitor chooses to transfer their entry to the 2023 event they are not entitled to the 2023 Refund Policy, as in they are not eligible for a refund in 2023.

NO LATE ENTRIES.
In case of a natural disaster, extreme adverse weather, or cancellation of the event due to safety reasons, entry fees will not be refunded.
We are able to run safely under Alert Levels 1 and 2.
If Alert Levels change to Levels 3 or 4 we will postpone the event directly over to 2023.
If you are unable to attend the Mt Oxford Odyssey in 2023, the following policy applies:
If you are unable to attend at postponement date of 10th April 2022, the following will apply:
If you choose Option A please allow 20 days for the refund to process.
If you choose Option B you are not entitled to the 2023 Refund Policy. You are not able to ask for a refund if you cannot make the 2023 event.
