COVID-19 INFORMATION

The Mt Oxford Odyssey is requiring all competitors, staff, and volunteers to be vaccinated. This is to ensure the smooth running of the event and to reduce the chances of the event being postponed or cancelled. 

Vaccine Passes will need to be sighted/scanned at Race Registration. We ask that you try to attend the Race Registration on Thursday 7th April, 2022 at Further Faster.  To assist in the smooth running of this process we will extend our hours at Registration to try and accommodate those that might not be able to come during the 3pm - 7pm time currently set.  More info surrounding the Registration hours will be coming soon. 

If you are from out of town and cannot make Race Registration on the Thursday, we ask you come fully prepared on the morning of the race. We will have a team working on Vaccine Passes but this process is not as fast as before, so please keep this in mind when you are planning your pre-race schedule. 

You will not be able to collect a Race Pack for anyone other than yourself. 

You will need to bring ID with you when you collect your Race Pack - drivers license or passport. 

We ask for patience and support during this process. We understand not everyone is supportive of the mandates, but we are trying to keep this event running and so will be abiding by the rules set by the NZ government.
